Gearing at 80

Hey everyone,
Help needed I have a priest which should be 80 in the next few days and i was thinking. He is geared in full greens atm and 2-3 blues nun his level no trinkets and level 71. When i hit 80 how will i ever gear him lol have any of ye had the same problem if so please let me know how ye got around this thank you!.

The auction house is your friend. With all that grinding and selling greens and such you should have more than enough money to buy at least a full blue outfit.

or do nonstop Badge runs, yeah you wont be high on dps chart yet, but hey 8 runs = 40 Triumph Badges, get full T9 in 2-5 days depending on how well your dedicated to running.

If you really wanna have good gear at 80 you should BG level 70-80, will get you full set and offset.

yea am going to do you guys think i could farm enough for my epic flyer by 80 is it hard have 1000g so far only started farming since he hit 70 really.

Grinding level 70 to 80 you should be able to earn between 2000 - 3000 gold by selling all of the greens you loot.

i have 6k gold right now at level 67 just from leveling... gearing with the AH shouldn't be a problem

dude, just BG the hell out of AV and get your wellfare epics, then start randoming and people wont laugh at you ... well, they wont laugh at you too much ...

Maybe look up what quests gives you usable gear. It cant take that long to do 1 quest for every slot..

I did this with my main... Now i do new characters like...

level them with 500g for skills and greens and blues depending on ah!
then once 80 take any crafters i have and make the items i can .. (Jc Necky,Rings)
go to maxdps.com and find your characters intended class and find out what it will take to get 2-3 peices of 245 and get the boe items that are right for you...

once you have that you will be decent as anything but a tank for classes that are tanks.. that needs a 540 defence cap

you can do healing in normals to get gear as well since 70's do them to level then switch to dps as you said your a priest and just roll offspec

but when i hit 80 i was told to go do quests that give me decent blues or trinkets and do wg every day and get the pvp items.. i make all my items since i run gb cost me 3k g per item 262 will run 15-20k depending on primal saronite prices and amount you need..

if you're getting kicked or left out because of gear, getting your pvp honor gear at 80 well get you a little respect when you start running dungeons, besides, with HB you can afk av and ab and get all your pvp gear while you are sleeping ... cant get much easier than that ...
