Gearing a barb perfectly for around 150m.

I'm giving all my bots a much needed overhaul in their gear, and will likely spend about 150m each on them. I'd just like to check if someone has some ideas for gear that I have missed, they are all plvl100 so I dont care about MF etc. So far I've gone with the following on the first one:

Rares: gloves (cc/cd/ias/str), shoulders, neck (cc/cd/str), bracers, chest and weapons (socket/cd/str on both and life steal on OH).
Helm: IK with 6 crit 180ish str.
Belt: IK ~180str
Ring 1: Natalyas with 150 str, 25 av dmg, 70 vit and 9% IAS
Ring 2: Regular Litany
Pants: Inna's temperance with 70 str
Boots: Natalyas with 70 str 40 vit
Follower: Enchantress with Skorn etc.

I have thought about andarials visage and the witching hour as well, but the first one makes me loose 30% HP and the witching hour is quite expensive. Will also loose a lot of AR so I don't know if it's worth it. What do you guys think?

Follower: Scoundrel (for extra crit)
Bracers: Laccuni (movement speed)
Pants: Rares with 120+ str, 120+ vita, 60+ all res

I actually think that IK helm with 6% crit gives you more DPS than a Mempo without crit, right? Follower, yeah, might change it to Scoundrel. I also think that Innas pants+rare bracers with 6% crit gives you more DPS than rare pants and Lacuni, or am I wrong?

I dislike inna's pants because of the lack of main stats. You're losing out on armor, AR, and 150+ vitality and/or strength just to gain some attack speed and possibly some movement speed. I'd much rather run with lacuni prowlers and yellow pants. Blackthorne's pants are pretty nice too, you can grab a pair with ~250 strength for pretty cheap. Those are what I personally run on all of my barbs.

i dump mf/gf on follwers only, use to use scound to perma freeze/stun but imo its best to put 75gf/mf on them

what are your guys thoughts on andys vs ik helm? Im currently using andys with 9as and 4.5 crit, wondering if its worth dropping it for an IK helm with 6 crit

With the other gear (natalyas ring+boots and innas pants) my bots have atm I can't really use AV cause I need the HP from IK. Guess you could go for weapons with some vitality on them if you want to. How much DPS does AV give over IK? The 29% life is something I can't skip atm.

not sure the IK is on AH. Dont want to buy it just to find out its not worth it heh. Guess Ill just wait until I find one
