TurboHud might be more suitable for that kind of function thought it is not yet supported there. You could bring the topic up on TurboHud community.

Currently there is no such plugin that would function as you're asking. I think I get what you're asking for... The bot to determine upgrades for you.
Unfortunately with the ability to re-roll certain stats, the calculation of secondary affixes like secondary resists, etc make this very difficult.
Not to mention that for every build, every gear level and gear set there are different things needed to balance a character. It would require the ability to look at all things possible on current gear, stashed gear, potential builds, etc.
However, Using itemlist you can setup every single item individually if you wish so that any item you stash would have to be as good if not better...
Lets say you have an Ancient Helltooth Shoulder with:
575 Int
575 Vit
7% Cooldown
15% Wall of Death Damage
Lets say to be PERFECT it would be:
650 Int
650 Vit
516 Armor
15% Wall of Death
Go into your ItemList and change it to this:
Must have properties: (1)
☑ Ancient
And at least 3▼ of : (4)
PrimaryStat 600
Vitality 600
Armor 500
Skill Damage ▼Wall of Death 15
This will only keep Ancient Helltooth Shoulders.
If it's ancient and has Primary+Vit+Armor over the required amounts it will stash.
If it's ancient and has Vit+Armor+WallofDeath over the required amounts it will stash.
If it's ancient and has Armor+WallofDeath+Primary over the required amounts it will stash.
If it's ancient and has WallofDeath+Vit+Primary over the required amounts it will stash.
You will need at least 3 of your 4 preferred stats in order to be able to re-roll the fourth stat to what you want at the mystic.
While this will take some time to setup initially, you should keep exported copies of it as you go like:
ItemList Before set items
ItemList After set, No Ancient
ItemList After set, All Ancient
ItemList Perfect Gear
Once you are at the point of jsutlooking for upgrades to your ancient items, you just need to do one step:
Everytime you get an upgrade, update that item specifically on the ItemList.
