GB2 wont mount up as druid

whats up, the past couple weeks ive been trying to figure out why bg2 wont mount up with my druid and havnt been able to figure it out, any ideas? thanks

I've been having the same problem along with various others.. and everyone gets the same copy and paste reply instead of actual help.
