GB2 wont attack while mining

Ive been running GB2 on my 85 DK in Uldum for several weeks now and loving it.... Except i have to baby sit it. If i happen to drop on a Vein and get aggro the bot will just repeatedly try and harvest letting me die unless I intervene. I have tried with the stock CC and SimpleDK with the same results.

this happens for me too except with herbalism. If i manually switch from flight form to boomkin it starts attacking
