Been botting for a long time and this is only my second ban so I aren't too bothered. Annoying that I've botted at least 10 characters to 90 and then used BG bot on them too. Bot mining and herbing for around 8 hours and I get a ban straight away haha. Oh well, guess I can enjoy the Spanish sunshine for 72hours.

You botted GB2 in maintanance day? You have to be very brave to do it!

The autobans usually happen much often in tuesday/wednesday, than any other day, so its strongly recommended to take a rest for your bots in these days.

I had no idea botting on a Tuesday was any different to botting on a Sunday?
Its very easy to guess it, since in tuesday to thursday, this forum section is much more active than any other day.

there is no more risk for botting on maintenance.. if there are more bans those days is because they decide to apply them then.

Maybe, but tell that to the people who lost in tuesday only these bots which had ran in the last hours, but not these, which was ran in the previous days, but was offline in that day.

I have another theory for that, there is words "Its always darkest before the dawn", which means, the servers are usually on their minimum load in tuesday, the day before maintanance, so Bliz could run (or increase) at these hours the bot-detecting scans, running server side.

I have seen for similar software before, in other company of course, so its logical if Blizz run it that way.
