GB2 Problem- Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I just encountered this problem in GB2, what happens is that every time I try to set up my GB2 this is what I get:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I tried everything I made sure everything was correct like cc, the profile, and settings.
If someone can please help.

that part of your log shows nothing,post a full log as the guide shows

you are trying to use Gb1 profile on Gb2

use a Gb2 profile

Gatherbuddy 2 Profiles (HB)

And you would say "is there a way to convert this profile to a gb2 profile?"
they are profiles, not accounts.
