GB2 not working for lower lvl herb profiles

Go into the .XML file of the profile (Ex: Nagrand.xml), and change this line..

[/B][/SIZE]
  <MaxLevel>86</MaxLevel>

to >

  <MaxLevel>91</MaxLevel>

I have been all the way through the forums i have found this fix several times on different posts but this still dose not work for me . i have searched for last 3-4 days for info but still can not find a fix that works.. anyone else have an idea ?
