GB2 Mailing issue

Hello, I'm having a problem with GB2 mailing when bags are full. It first happened like a week ago, then it worked fine for a few more days, and now it seems to be happening everytime. GB2 puts items in the mailbox to send, but for some reason does not hit send and keeps trying over and over again for hours. Here is the most recent log below. What's the issue here?
