GB2 Guild Vault Run?!

Hi,

i need your help. I want to farm in Kalimdor (Hyjal/Uldum) and my Hearthstone is bound to SW. When i click on "Empty Bag now" the Bot does not know how to get back...Is there any way to keep my Hearthstone in SW but farm in Kalimdor? Or do i have to bind my Hearthstone to anywhere in Kalimdor? =(
