GB to GB2 profile converter plugin

Hey guys, the download link for this plugin seems to be dead.
Is there anyone kind enough who has it on their computer that could upload it ?

I dont know if this is allowed if you are not the creator of the plugin, but i cant find anywhere to download it from.
