This is my first major contribution to GB/HB if you don't include a few lines of XML I put in some HB profiles and some beta testing. It is a full GUI profile creator for Gatherbuddy. The only major thing it doesn't have right now is a database of herb/mineral/cloud locations. I may add this in the future or make it an open source project (GNU). It can open profiles and modify them or create new ones. Let me know what you think.

At least one person said they had issues running this. I have tested it on both windows 7 and xp and it worked. If you do have issues, please post a detailed description of what happened.

Easy to use, works fine on my W7 64bit and will be useful for editing existing Northrend profiles, thanks.

Initial feedback from me would be:

- When loading a profile the map doesn't focus on it and you have to manaully search around for it.
- Only covers Northrend (assume this is just because it's new but others will come?).
- Is there a way to automatically calculate the height of terrain using the WoW .mpq files? Currently creating profiles from scratch will only work on flat areas.
- Good job on auto-adjusting the 'inserted' node Z co-ord to be between the surrounding nodes. This makes editing easier although it does assume that there's nothing in between that's equal height to the last highest point.

Definitely a great community addition so good job and I look forward to making lots of use of this :)

I will look into using .mpq files for z-coordinates tomorrow. As for moving the map to newly loaded profiles and adding support for other areas, I will try to get as much done as I can tomorrow as well. Quick question, would it be useful to anyone to have support for Azeroth or is it mainly Outlands that you want?

outlands first then later when you have time the rest of the unflyable areas.

thanks btw. haven't used it yet, but sounds promising.

Just had a very quick look and the z co-ords seem to be a bit of a pain (http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-memory-editing/196281-how-get-valid-z-coordinate.html)

I think Northrend is priority, then Outlands and then Azeroth. Reason being is that most people create paths to mine/herb for money and a general rule of thumb is that the higher the zone level, the more money you'll make from the ore/herb in that zone (note I said "generally" before people start barking on about Mithril etc :p)

The next use for GB is to level skills rather than farm so that's when Azeroth/Outlands would be handy.

Don't rush stuff though; it's your project so you work whatever timescales you want to on it. :)
