GB/PB Problems! Stuck on ''moving to next hotspot''

Hello!

I got a problem. I've sharked the forums literally for almost a week now trying to find a solution but to all avail it seems I can't find one so I'm making this thread.

So, to the problem. Whenever I use gathererbuddy/professionbuddy any profile at all, ive tried soo many profiles, it just happens the same thing. After a few minutes of mining my toon just stands still in the air stuck on ''moving to next hotspot''. Ive no idea what problem this is, ive tried changing mesh folder for new meshes etc cuase sometimes I got the error Tilemap is null! But it seems like its not actually dowloading meshes, cause when I go into the mesh folder, well, it's empty.

I'd love any support I could get cuase this has been driving me nuts for quite a while now and I really can't seem to find any solution, the log I will attach is from a fresh installed Honorbuddy only a few minutes ago. Also when I restard the bot, (press stop then start again) it wont do any difference, I have to exit wow and honorbuddy and then maybe it will work if I'm lucky, please help!

There are issue with the mesh servers and we have to wait until they are fixed.
Try deleting your current meshes or create anew folder for your meshes to download to.
Hopefully that will fix the problem.
 
Thank you for your answer! I've tried that many times though and it haven't worked, it's been like this since I bought the bot about a week ago.

so is everything working now? or is it still giving you issues? what should happen if you let it sit there for a while it should successfully get the meshes it needs after a try or two.

No it's still doing the same, after a while of mining, rather randomly, about 1 min to 10 min, my toon just sits still in the air on the mount and the info tab on Honorbuddy just says ''moving to next hotspot''.

There's the log as well, thank you for your reply!

try disabling your firewall on your pc (if you have one) and opening port 5031 on your router.
 
to me is doing a similar thing, sometimes does that, other times goes to a spot wondering around, without gathering anything

Done, I will test now and post an update/log soon and see if it works! Thank you for the help! Much apreciated
 
Update: It worked fine for about 20 mins, then as always, my toon mounted, just hovering midair aka standing still, and HB says ''moving to next hotspot'', here's the log.

Is it the meshes? As I said I had it since I bought the bot one week ago I'm really clueless what to do :( Feels like i've done everything. Nobody else got the same problem?
 
Almost every one on the forums has this issue, I wish we could manually download the mesh files so I can bot more effectively.
 
it's a problem with HB's shit servers. for some reason the bot needs to be connected to them every microsecond or it can't do anything.
same reason we get 'auth failed" 10 times logging in, same reason this website is slow and gives error 500 etc

This issue lasted over a week in the beginning og the month, got better for a while, and now last nite the serves took a dump again.

HEY GUYS stop telling people to fix their firewalls and routers etc. the bot doesnt work because it loses connection to your server after 5 min. WHY THE FUCK DOES IT NEED TO BE CONNECTED FOR EVERY FUCKING HERB GATHER, just authorize our sessions, check them every hour or so, and let us bot in peace OFFLINE FROM YOUR USELESS SERVERS. you are selling a product that doesnt work , wtf?
 
But it seems like some of the people have been using the bot fine for weeks, but I had this PB/GB problem since I bought the bot 1 week ago
 
God the same problem since today.
Yesterday everything worked finde :/

wow, thats rude mate, but honestly, u are fuckin right.
 
Please DEV, fix our issue, as we cannot use the BOT anylonger ! It stop from around 10-11 am UK time, before that, all good.
Tried to reinstall a proper HB, clean install, deleted the mesh folder, same issue, toon is picking up 3-4 nodes, then stop, doing nothing.

Same for BG buddy
Same for questing and same for grinding.

BOT UNUSABLE
 
I'm seriously getting tired about this though.
It's been 1 or 2 weeks that I can't use GB with proper function without stucking or anything.
