GB navigation system. Do I something wrong?

Hi guys,
so far I just used HB and was totally amazed by its mesh system and anti stuck routines. Now my char is at Level 80 and I start to train herbing/mining now. So I switched over to GB two days ago and now start both professions from the scratch. Therefore I am using some profiles from the GB section and riding them with my mount. Unfortunately I have to say that I get stuck over and over again with my ground mount. So does GB have a complety other and "poorer" nav system then HB? Or am I doing something wrong?? How good does GB works for you with ground mounts? For me it looks very bottish.

Regards
Gordon

since GB uses waypoints insted of mesh like HB it will look more botish than when watching HB mesh pathing

On the other hand when you get to flying with GB thats a whole other world. I must say when i came from Azeroth to Outland and stated there with flying mount i was amazed!

Just bought GB and i'm having similar issues. I'm currently leveling herb/mining, and i'm using the westfall 75-150 profile. I start up GB it mounts starts moving with mouse-click...stops for a second and moves to the next waypoint...etc. Basically it's running...stop...running...stop... it looks very botish.

you use an fast mount, try it with an 60 % one

the profile creator might have used an slow mount and recoded paths every second, but if you use a fast one you are on the next waypoint in 0.8 sec and wait for 0.2 sec to start to the next

so there are 2 things you could make:

1) use a slow mount
2) create an profile with your fast mount
