GB issue

When GB is started my toon will buff up but will not mount and will move just a bit attempting to get unstuck, but they are in the open. I have tried moving and reinstalling etc. I am not sure how to post the log. Perhaps it's something simple, here is some info.

Paly and lower lvl.
Would any of these things cause an issue?

Also, GB runs without issue on another toon of mine on the same realm.

How do I get the log?
I searched the forum for a way to get the log but didnt see anything, although I am sure it was right in front of me at some point. Just super tired and my brain is fried

if you are talking about Gb1 is the gile called debug(in Gb main folder)

if you are talking about Gb2
