HB error cant log on

tired loggin on and i keep getting ( could not load file or assembley 'fasmdll_managed. version= 1.0.3829.8764. culture=neutral. publickey token=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified) what do i do with this.
