GB crashes upon combat

it causes WoW to close down with an error, not quite sure where the problem is but this is the only part i see is the problem

got the same issue as soon as being attacked i got a wow error and then it crashed while using gather buddy i'm assuming there is something wrong with the injection here is my debug log.
