GB class?

Paladin and frost dk are 20 % faster take that in consideration

Druid @ Flight form would be abit faster aswell i guess? Considering instant mount.

& Wich one is easiest leveling with HB, Paladin or DK ?
Ofcourse i know the level difference at start, but i still gotta level 1 character up to 55 on my new bought account before i am able to start a dk :b

Paladin is what I roll.

paladin is usually the easiest with GB and HB. everyone has there prefs and favorites, but overall, paladins make a joke of most everything. crusader aura ftw normally.

If you plan on farming on the horde side and more specific herbs, I would advice you to make a Tauren druid.
Simply because druids dont have to switch out of flightform for herbing (and even if you have to switch out of it, you can switch instant back) and the time it takes for herbing is reduced by 50%.

In my opinion this outweights crusader aura/dk talents
