GB cannot start reinstall gb!

So yeah thats the error i get everytime trying to start gb worked fine before.. trying to jump on this band wagon and make some gold here.. how can i fix the error? run time stuff is already installed

download latest Gb file
download the Gb workaround installer from the first post of Gb main thread
unzip Gb folder
unzip installer in Gb main folder
run the installer exe as admin
open your wow log in with your char
run Gb main exe as admin
