GB Bad Nodes question

whenever I I run a new profile, I like to watch my toon for several passes and see where he lands, see if there are any large mobs and add bad nodes to my list as I am botting. My question is this, if my toon gets his ass handed to him and I stop my bot (but remain connected to GB) then add that node to my bad nodes list and save the file, is the bot supose to immediatly start avoiding that node or do I need to disconect my GB completly, restart GB and then start botting for the program to follow the newly edited bad node list?

I ask this question as I have observed my bot immediatly go for the node despite the black list right after the edit, however, on the next pass or sometimes the pass after that it seems to avoid the node. Just wondering what the program is suppose to do vs. what I have observed.

you must restart you Gb in order to "read" the new badnodes
