GB and HB not Mailing to Alt

I have tried using GB and HB to farm nodes and it does not mail the materials that were gathered to an alt. So I tried moving to another area thinking I was not close enough to a mailbox. I also made sure my hearthstone was in bootybay which the profile prompted for. I searched on the forums and did not find a resolution, would anyone have a suggestion?

How far away can you be from a mailbox?
Does it auto detect the mailbox
What is the process? (Does it use hearthstone go to mailbox then fly back?)

The areas I am currently gathering materials in eastern plaguelands and western plaguelands. I have tried both.

Any help would be appreciated.

are you filling in the name to be mailed to?

in hb, make sure you have mailboxes in the profile
 
GB doesn't mail what is in your first bag. Maybe that is why?
in the HB profile, is mail white, greens, etc. set to true?
 
On Gb mailing procedure is hardcored on the engine and yes its possible to use hearthstone for this

On Hb the mailing procedure details are on the profile
