Gauging my eyes out...where is buddy wizard

I cant locate buddy wizard..i have honestly have spent 15 minutes searching for it, trying desperately to not make this post. I cant find it! I even tried to email it to myself from another computer but apparently my email thinks its a virus....please post a link to buddy wizzard
