Gathering Mine/Herb Low Level Not Working

So i just got Honor Buddy Tonight and tried Leveling up my Mining/Herb and ive tried several profiles and they all are doing the same thing...Which is Going to a node and mining or gathering it and the loot box pops up but doesnt loot it, mounts up then tries to loot again and mounts up again and then flies away to the next node.. So i dont know what the problem is.. My buddy has this and he showed me how to set it up so i dont think its anything i have unchecked or checked off in the settings.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

make sure auto loot is enabled (wow settings)
