Just downloaded latest version of GB, installed everything ( this is not my first version ) and I'm getting this message. Any ideas ? I have to add that all previous versions were working fine...till now.

Have you re-downloaded it like it says? Have you tried to run as admin, or as windows XP if your on 7 / vista?

download latest Gb file
download the Gb workaround installer from the first post of Gb main thread
unzip Gb folder
unzip installer in Gb main folder
run the installer exe as admin
open your wow log in with your char
run Gb main exe as admin

Damn Vista :/, tvm it is fine now since ive started both files as an admin
