Gatherbuddy profile skinning any mobs that come across me while doing so

Im using a herbing profile in uldum that is populated by alot of crocodiles and snakes. So whenever I approach a node, there is a very good chance ill be attacked. I was wondering if its possible for my toon to skin these mobs after I kill them?

reset your wowkeybindings and disable all your addons
