Gatherbuddy problem!

Ok so i went and downloaded gatherbuddy earlier and im on wow and when i go to authenticate i sign in but when i sign in it says AUTH BAD and idk what that means so can someone help me out?

you need to use your shop credentials to log into gb

Auth Bad means incorrect credentials. You need to use the same username/password you use on the shop, it is case-sensitive, and some symbols can make it not able to login.
