GatherBuddy goes for Nodes I badnoded

I have this node three times on my badnodes list (shows that it never worked in the first place).

Just now, I saw it go for that same node and it died again.
U.S.A. client; if I recall correctly, we replace commas with periods.

Does it matter that my badnodes are not organized from zone to zone?
