Gatherbuddy Dismounting

Can i make it so gather buddy dose not dismount when i gather and an enemy is coming towards me because legion has the buffs where you cant be dazed and herb on mounted, just wanted to know if that was possible.

i would like to know as well. it gets annoying when he pulls mobs that don't need to be pulled

I asked this yesterday and I think my thread was deleted. Any way to ignore mobs unless you are off of your mount? with the 1000% regen food + barding + sky golem + herbalism enchant I dont have to dismount... but it does anyway

i made my profile for some herbs and added all mobs to avoidmobs. Now when they aggro bot he dont go after them before gathering herb. Ive seen him even pickup herb in skygolem surrounded by 4 dragons and moved on afterwards. So add all mobs to avoidmobs and you should be good.

Yes you can ! Switch to grind bot (enable herb gathering in settings) instead of gatherbuddy, it will fight mobs that dismount you but wont dismount if aggroed mobs and start gathering. Only downside is that you will point to point move and it might seem robotic.

What is the specific code to add to <AvoidMobs> ? Do you have to individually add each mob to the avoid mob list? If youve done that work for suramar do you mind sharing?

not surramar sry but you need watch bot as he goes around in profile and watch what mobs he passes by.

add in your profile and just add more mobs entries. ID is from wowhead and name u can see yourself from mob
doesnt work 100% of time though, i think he sometimes dismount and fight but its really really better than dismounting at every herb to fight aggroed mobs.
