GatherBuddy - Charakter in Fight with no mob around - AFK

Well it says everything in the title...
i use gatherbuddy, and sometimes (once an hour) it harvests something and with no mob around the char is in fight and cant mount up.
but there is no add around that he could attack. so he just stands there afk...
when i move few meters manually he is out of fight mounts up immediately and continues farm
but it already happened that he stood there for some good time till i realized so that he already was afk flagged

any idea?

if char's avatar states that your char is in combat it has to do with wow itself,wow glitch
