Gatherbuddy Blackscreen - Disconnect?

I've been having an issue with Gatherbuddy only but I've never caught the issue before it occurs.

Basically I'll switch to one of my WoW windows and the screen will be completely black, I'm still in the game though. The bot is trying to move my character but it doesn't sense that it's in game and then I jump in and simply press A or D to move and I disconnect. Does anyone know how this happens and a possible solution to this?

I will wait until it happens again, as of right now I don't remember the last time it happened (I run many bots) so I don't have a log to post.
