Gatherbuddy and honorbuddy not paid

Im trying to log in to honorbuddy but it keeps saying not paid i also tried loggin in to GB and it says not paid :/ i paid for honorbuddy and i know it hasnt been one year yet. i just paid for GB and after 30 minutes later it says the same thing :/
