GatherBuddy 2 will not loot mined nodes

Ok so it's been like this for a few weeks now but i thought an update would fix it, unfortunately not.

What happens is the bot will run normally but when the mining cast has finished it will just bring up the loot window and either leave it up without looting the node or it will attempt to fly off.
Any ideas?

make sure autoloot is enable in wow settings

Had The same problem , even with autoloot on , relog two times and after that came loot window up finally
