GatherBuddy 2 missing nodes.

Hey people,

I'm using GatherBuddy 2 to farm some Ghost Iron Ore in the Jade Forest and I'm sitting here watching it and it's missing over 75% of the nodes that show on the mini map. Is there a reason for this? I'm looking at it now and I believe my bags should be nearly full, but only 24 slots have been filled.
