Gatherbuddy 2 Looting problems

Hello did some searching and couldn't find any problem quite like this ( although im sure there is im just dumb ) I am using Libenese's profile for mining and herb ( 1-600). The bot seems to loot have the mines and herbs but the other half it can't seem to loot into my bags. Very strange and not sure what to do about this its quite annoying because i end up missing 50% or so of mats. Any insight into how to fix this?

make sure autoloot is enabled(wow settings)
