I am attaching two logs:

First, when activated just runs back and forth for to mine and small building.

2nd, stuck talking to work order npc at mine when hb is stopped and started it will work properly will go to mine and start mining. Sadly, when moving to herb side same problem occurs which is stuck at work order npc again.
