Garage is not functioning. New user.

The garage will not allow me to move tanks up or down the list. It only plays 2 tanks over and over. Once it played 3. I have 6 in the list. Is this too many? I have a new Dell all in one with quad core. I hope I am not the only one.
Any suggestions?

Currently, the queue is a priority list. This means that it will always grab the first available tank in the list. For instance: if you have 3 tanks, tank #1, #2 and #3, if either 1 or 2 is available for battle, it'll pick them over #3.
