Ganked While Farming

I'm on a pretty Alliance dominant pvp server and my toon is alliance, yet I'm getting ganked 1 to 2 times an HOUR by different people.. Anyone else been this unlucky?

there was this lvl 50 paladin that ganked me a few times yesterday.. So i hop on my pvp priest which I had parked in the same area.. wellll.. he had speed hack as far as i could tell.. because when I finally found him he was basically running circles around me.. He could be right next to me and gone from sight the next second.. god it pissed me off..

(yes I understand paladins have speed buffs when mounted and trust me it was more than that... he had +5000% moving speed or some BS)

i am on a pvp server too but i havent got big problems
i got killed by pvp 1-2 times per 8 hours

I think a lot of the reason why I'm getting ganked so much is because the toon is lvl 78.
