Gaming Computers [Help Needed]

So for the past few years i have had a fairly cheap low spec gaming computer.
And it is now time for me to upgrade to a true gaming computer.

But i don't really know what im looking for in a gaming computer.
i don't know the best graphics card, i don't know what the best Processor is
im just not sure if what im buying or what i will be buying will be the best for my money or the best around right now

Im looking for just games such as wow, diablo 3, minecraft, guild wars 2 and swtor.
hopefully being able to run games on ultra settings or the highest graphics possible with no lag on busy realms/servers.

So the question is - What am i looking for in a gaming pc,
and what is the best at this current moment

I have these specs, and they're really Badass

Intel i7 Core - Ivy Bridge - 3770K 3.9Ghz Quad-Core
nVIDIA Gtx670 2GB DDR5 graphics card
16GB RAM
Some MSI Z77A-GD65 motherboard
750W Power Supply

And that's running great, so you might look out after the same specs.
This computer did cost 1900$

Hmmm.. im not sure but lets say for this right now around ?1500.

Here is a build from overclockers.co.uk - you could probably cut most of that down to 1100 and save 400.
