Games creation loop with error

I have the above error yesterday. I think the log files says it all. It only stop after I close the program and re-login again. I did not received the game limit error when I login, which I though should have kick in by then. Or maybe I am flag for the next ban.

Just a suggestion, can the developer make DB set a limit on game creation, say 4 games per hour, and if it exceeded, it will pause it.
