Game wont Start !

When I start launch the game I get this message on AB.

18:20:24: Authentication failed! Check is your Buddy Auth keys valid and check your sessions.

1) The key provided is working, otherwise I could not log into the program. I've checked on the website the key is there but on UNUSED / INACTIVE. I imagine this because I was not able to login into the game so the key time didnt start..

Also in the account panel when i press green play it show Starting but nothing more. I'm guess the software cannot work through block in china without a VPN/Tunel/Socks.

2) To Archeage work I need used a VPN cause it's blocked from my location (China). For this feature I'm using pingzapper, a tunnel application.

3) The account setup is correct with US server. Although the setting.xml shows Europe for some reason.

4) I already restarted the computer after AB and windows pre-req install

*UPDATE*

1) I setup a full VPN, not only for AA. And Abuddy have the same issue

2) I setup it at SOCKS5 on Abuddy client and nothing different happen.

Check your key at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and make sure it's correct
