well it's solved. Tyrant used Graphics 4000 and now it uses nvidia...

How does your game look without tyrANT?

resolution is 1980x1080

and it looks normal without tyrant

Go to nvidia control panel, manage 3d settings
Global settings
Prefer graphics processor choose High-level nvidia processor.
