Game not Fluid

Hello, when my game is running no problem, ~ 200fps. with demonbuddy i have max 30fps in games. i have formatted my pc reinstall windows 10 pro and i still have the same problem would you have a solution? thank you

does this effect the function of DB?

it does not affect demonbuddy it still works as well, but the game has big fps loss with db launched!
