Game limiting?

So I was bored (namely due to one Error 3003) and was surfing around the official forum and saw THIS.

I'm pretty sure a lot of you guys have already known about this and I know this is going (or might) affect us in one way or another. But does that mean if I choose to keep repeating (without the aid of DB) a certain quest, say Act 2 Quest 2 - Lieutenant Vachem (a great way to level up by the way), I will get ban too?

And seeing another one of a post here regarding feedback survey, asking for a ban appeal and (if I understand that post correctly) Blizzard flagged it as resolved when nothing was done.

Is this another way for Blizzard to screw themselves over? Or is it another way for them to ban us for no reason and make us get another copy of it?

But the thing is, Blizzard is always making stuff that screw everyone over. It used to be great, but now it's pretty much a shadow of it's former self.

And that is sad.

actually i think they would be stupid to implement it.

it will only stop sarkoth botters anyway. and sarkoth is the only thing they are able to ban (at least db-speaking). so with implementing a game-limit they will take their possibilities to ban ppl which would generate money through rmah/buying new accs otherwise.

but well... its blizz and they have proven to be making alot of wrong decisions the last months so i guess i wouldnt be surprised to see this dumbass limitation.

I agree with expwnd on this. But what about those people who actually create games on their own and keep repeating it? I mean, I would since I only have one session of DB and the above mentioned quest is really a good and fast way to level; as I intend to get another account. Would that get me a ban? If I do, would they mark me as "resolved"? =D
