Game/hour exceeded 45 games/hour but demon buddy not shutting down?

So profile was running fine then sometime during the night it bugged up and the game/hour started to exceed 45/hour. However demonbuddy did not shut down?

Also seems to happen sometimes if my wizard were to die.

Also I have the game counter setting in quest file at 45.
