Game Freezes and DB Errors

Using 508 Beta
Troubleshot with reinstalling the redistributes (restarted after uninstall and after reinstall) and reinstalling DB

Same errors occur and on the 5th game crashes, doesnt matter if the bot does something during each game. 5th is always a crash.
The logs are using the Act 1 Bounty Profile with Tenshin's edit.
