game and DB wont sync?

hey i cant run any rpofiles because my game and demon buddy wont sync get this error.

make sure you are running both bot and game as admin

game must be in windowed mode and also use rrrix's questing profiles

I am also getting the same error message and have done everything said above this is the log i get
