game and bot closes instantly with no error

so ive gotten 2 updates since the tripwire event, but still cant use HB. i use the launcher and get into the game and where it says choose for best latency. once i click that, WoW instantly closes like it just got alt f4'd and shortly after so does HB. i dont get any kind of error message or anything. ive deleted settings and tried fresh install, still not working.
