as far as i can see i use like 4 abilities only whirlwind, bloodthirst, rampage not very often and storm bolt.

so the problem is its not using rampage storm bolt that often?

no, the problem is that it only uses whirlwind, storm bolt, bloodthirst in combat.....while rampage is used very seldom. no other melee abilities are getting used.
