Furious Charge - Not Working w/ Bot

I was wondering if this was a problem for any one else?

I run Hardcore Bots and the Furious Charge - Dreadnaught ability is extremely useful for the 8% life return per a monster hit.

I searched the forums and could not see anything about this.

Please any response in the correct direction is much appreciated.
