frustrated trying to get support

ive been trying to get a response for help for two days on this site, cant u guys put a large flashing support button on the home page or somthing? i think im running the old version tho it did update im getting this message when i try to start honourbuddy on wow:-

[22:54:55.326 N] There are 64 bit WoW processes running, did you start from the WoW launcher? If so, please start Wow.exe manually to use the 32 bit game version!

my wow is a fresh instal after the most recent patch and i cant find any wow.exe on my system. am feeling like my next question will be " can i get a refund "
 
There must be a wow.exe as it is the main program file for the game.. Also check out this as it has a link to an attaching thread

YOu must start the game with the "wow" icon, not with "wow-64". Dont use the launcher!

HB dont support the 64 bit client. L2Read before whine.
 
Blizzard doesn't hand the dev's of HB a written handbook on how to get around the latest changes that came in 5.0.4 and coming when MoP goes live. A whole heap of changes come into affect. Abilities of each class/spec changes. Coding changes.

Just because you can't use HB for a week or two means you're asking for a refund, then you're not the target market for the dev's of this kickass program. How sad it is that you actually have to play the game yourself until such time the dev's are happy with HB to send it live. I'm sure if they sent out a half assed version that got most people a ban, you'd be complaining still.

So please be patient. The dev's will get it sorted out.
 
how about you just tell the guy what he needs to know or stfu... Hate is Broken by Giving..............
 
In your "World of Warcraft" folder you have 2 programs...

World of Warcraft Launcher and WoW

Make sure you are opening WoW and not the launcher, you must MANUALLY open it through your folders and not from the launcher.
 
ill try that again tho im pretty sure i treid both and got the same message. thank you for trying to actualy help me in a way i can understand. its sad that new customers who are not entirely computer savy have to be subjected to abuse for being frustrated and asking for help. i hope the nerds who put me down feel better about themselves as they wriggle on their self appointed imaginary podiums of human superiority.
Might i suggest a warning to all newb customers somting like this " dont buy program unless ur a full time nerd or geek, dont ask for help of any kind unless u want to be verbaly insulted"

forget what everyone said above..
run the launcher go to options > game preference > choose these settings

the press ok launch wow > close it... now launch it from WoW.exe
 
anyone know why with lastest versions of honorbuddy say me autentication failed if I have a good serial and I'm offline from a sesion because the honorbuddy don't works for me and with the older client say me the problem, currently version blabla, attached, blabla, please help me i have to cover a lot of demands in wow xD
 
ty even more um ..im going to save that info somwhere for the next wow debarcle...i meen update .. lol

Start your World of Warcraft Launcher >> Click on "Options" >> Click on "Game Preferences" >> Check Box next to "Launch 32bit Client" >> Click "OK"

Problem Solved.
 
and that sounds simple enough to work except there is no options button ..are u talking about before or after i log in a charactor? either way i checked both lol ...wtf. i just hope i can work this out sometime shortly after mop

you can find it on the launcher
there is no way there is not an Options button
 
also there is no fucking wow.exe .. in my folder there are two icons one called wow the other called launcher or somthing nothing called wow.exe also i tried both with same result also i tried all other solutions to the issue. im just going to wait two more weeks before wasting anymore time on this
